There are however many other phones that you can use including one you use all day, the mobile. Mobile phones have advanced so far and some can now be used with SIP and VOIP meaning as soon as you enter the office you pickup the local WIFI and make calls over IP. Your phone will get an extenstion number and can be called like any other ISDN phone including voicemail. Cybertronics were after a large package to help them move from extremely basic excel spreadsheets, to a fully fledged stock control system. They have large amounts of purchase orders / quotes and shipping information that they needed to have in a database. We create the system DataDesigner for this need, they now have multiple employees logging in. Those emplyees have individual access levels to view Purchase Orders, Stock, Shipments and quotes at a single click.

DataDesigner was then developed further to include remote login facility and turnover outputs and a Repairs facility for their engineers to keep track of components they used and logs. All this via a Web Browser! form any PC anywhere.

Hallplace had a very different requirement, they needed to let people be aware of the latest show's and information without having a To: field in Outlook as long as your arm. B3ta-it created a contact management database that they could addto filter and email 3000+ at a click of a button.

We then intoduced a entirely new way to contact their clients by using SMS. This meant clients did not have to be at their PC's to be made aware of upcomming shows.
